As someone who's made several suggestions recently, it would be very helpful to know which suggestions are likely to be incorporated into future editions of the software, and when this is likely to happen.

More generally, it would be interesting to know the development areas you are currently working on.

Regards,

Phil

Phil,

IHMC is a research non-for-profit organization, and we rely on external funds for all our projects. In the case of CmapTools, all development is based on the research grants/contracts that we have, and so the development to a large extent is guided by those funds. Small details in the software can of course always be incorporated along the way. Right now (end of 2009) our funding is supporting the development of the Cmappers and LiveMappers sites (www.cmappers.net and www.livemappers.net) which complement the use of CmapTools, not so much the addition of new features to CmapTools.

Regards,

Alberto
