Cmap is a great tool to develop and interconnect knowledge areas. Graph Databases makes it possible to do analysis of large graphs. Are there any plans to integrate CMap with graph databases including query languages (such as Cypher)?

No, not at this point. New efforts are based on external funding, mainly grants, as IHMC is a research organization. At this point there is on funding in the direction you propose.
