Hi,
I encountered a problem with my current version of cmaptools. When I try to launch cmaptools, powertools launches and crashes repeatedly, so that I have to shut off the machine to get control again. Obviously, something is wrong with my install - version 4.10 or 4.18.
So I download and try to reinstall 5.03, but install fails. Error - unexpected change to install script. Recently, I have cancelled install here, because I would like to clean out old install before installing new version. Could cause problems?
Should I just go in and manually delete the IHMC Cmaptools folder in my apps?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks, Brad
