Cmap won't boot after installation in computer lab

(i.e. what were you doing when the problem occur? were you running another program (application) by the time you have the problem?)

Cmap won't boot after installation in computer lab
Cmap v. 5.03 has been successfully installed in the computer lab "administrator control" mode on a desktop computer (Dell, 4 gigs RAM, running Windows XP service pack 3). It WILL boot/work if you are logged in as a computer lab administrator, but it will NOT boot if you are logged in as a general user. Can you help us?
