Managing passwords in IHMC Cmappers

Post by jarkko »

Congratulations about the new CmapTools Support Forum! :) Looks terrific and I will for shure have lots of good use for it.

Q: I'm trying to edit passwords of my Cmappers folders - can it be done? I'm missing the "Change password" -button from the "Permission0s..." panel(s).

@ Jarkko: The access control in the "IHMC Cmappers'" CmapServer is handle by an LDAP server, not by the CmapServer, so from CmapTools you cannot change the password. In Cmappers.net we are missing the option to edit the profile, including the password. It is in our "TO DO" list. Please contact me offline if you need to reset the password.

Thanks,

Rodrigo

Thanks! Will do that.

A good "To do" -list you've got going on there.
