Is there a way to link to a named destination in a PDF file? My PDF file is almost 400 pp. long, and I want to crate hyperlinks between "concepts" on my CMap to a named destination in the PDF file.
Any suggestions?

Re: Linking to a "Destination" in a PDF file
@JohnSKennedy:
There is not a unique solution, because it depends of the internet browser (i.e. Safari, Firefox, IE), web server, and the operating system.
First of all, you need to upload the pdf file to a webserver, so the PDF will be accessible via a web browser (http://server/file.pdf).
Then, in CmapTools, add the pdf file as a "web page resource" and use the bookmarks on the pdf as part of the URL.
Examples:
http://server/file.pdf#page=3
http://server/file.pdf#bookmark
