Good afternoon.

A couple of days back I accidentally deleted a very important map that I had saved in the cloud.

I don't have much hopes vested in this, but could anybody be kind enough to let me know if it is possible to recover it somehow?

We keep backups of Cmaps in the Cmap Cloud. Send an email from your Cmap Cloud account on the Web (use the Contact Us option) to cmapsupport@ihmc.us, which will give us the information needed (e.g. Home Directory) and the name of the Cmap.
