Downloads not working

I don't see a better forum to post this question on, but are downloads working for anyone recently? I have been trying over the past two days, on multiple computers and networks, to download the win64 cmaptools, but it times out everytime. Thanks for any help.

Yes, we are having thousands of downloads daily.
Try downloading from:
ftp://ftp.ihmc.us/DownloadCmapTools/

Limit error? What software are you using to download?
