For developing Launcher, comply with the following steps inside the Terminal :
1. Press Ctrl+Alt+T for launching Terminal
Goto the packages folder
2. cd /usr/percentage/applications/
run any editor (I favor to use gedit)
3. sudo gedit
reproduction and paste the subsequent into editor and store the file with the call "cmaptool.computer" ( any named report with .desktop extension may be used, here I used the name cmaptool)
4.
[Desktop Entry]
name=CmapTools
comment=Applicatioin used for developing idea map
Exec=path_to_run_cmaptool
Icon=path_to_icon
Terminal=false
type=utility
classes=education;
(note:
path_to_run_cmaptool is the route to the executable record of CmapTools e.g., mine is /decide/cmaptool/./CmapTools
path_to_icon is the route to the icon (any photo can used as an icon e.g., /opt/cmaptool/cmaptools_icon.png )
)
enter the following command for important permissions (cmaptool.computer is the document we just created using gedit, when you have used any other name ,then use that call)
four. chmod a+x cmaptool.computing device
5. Double click on the cmaptool.computer document gift within the programs folder for launching cmaptool
6. within the launcher proper click on on the icon, and pick Lock to the Launcher
