Hello,
I have several MAC High Sierra users and they all have the same problem of not being able to access the Cloud from Desktop Tools. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

We had a problem yesterday with access of the Cmap Cloud from the desktop CmapTools client. Should be working now. When did you try it last?

If its still not working go to ~/Library/Preferences/CmapTools and delete the servers.xml file.
To open the user's Library you need to <option>click on the GO menu in the Finder and select Library.

This has been an ongoing problem for a few weeks. Some are able to and then cannot access the Cloud. One user has never been able to access it. One user did try the suggestion above about deleting the servers.xml file and it still is not working.

Can they open other IHMC Places, e.g. "IHMC Public Cmaps"?
