Problem with upload online resources!!!

Hi
Currently, my institution has CmapServer installed and it worked well.
However, when a Cmap work online, we cannot place an online resource (eg. web page) this is not saved in the cmap.
All other resources (as a word file, excel, powerpoint, videos, mp3) are loaded correctly in concepts and are stored on the Server, but no web pages.
please I hope you can give some help!!
