Merging cmaps

Post by Nazza »

I have a number of separate cmaps that I now need to combine into 1 big one - is it possible to copy one into another for further editing and linking together?

Yes, you can. Do a copy an paste (select all from one map, go to the other map, and paste), but be careful: after the paste, move the pasted map to the side so i won't be over the current map. (We have on our to-do list to right-click and paste where the cursor is).

The "Merge Nodes" menu option can be used to merge nodes with the same name.

Ah, sorry, I didn't see it was on the iPad. The Copy and Paste feature is not yet implemented in the iPad, sorry. Its in the list of work in progress.
