IHMC Public Cmaps' indexer is not completing

IHMC Public Cmaps is running, but the indexer is not completing its task. Therefore searching for resources may fail, and Cmaps are not showing up in the results for searches at http://www.cmappers.net
This does not affect any users or work on the CmapServer other that searches for resources.
