Copyright question

Hello -
Found an image on cmapspublic that I would like to publish as an illustration to a journal article.
(Exact link is http://cmapspublic.ihmc.us/rid=12357862 ... 0414_24767; seems to be an area administered by Université Laval)
Read through the copyright notice at http://cmap.ihmc.us/download/license_client.php, but this notice seems to be talking about "Software" and not about
documents or images.
Am not sure whether the image belongs to IHMC, to Université Laval, or to someone else.
And do not know who to contact to determine this.
