'Add info' (cursor over object popup) needs a visible marker

The "add info" (cursor over object info popup) needs a visible marker that allows me to quickly identify which objects have 'mouse over' info added. As is, the marker only shows up if the object is clicked on which is a bit useless because before that the mouse on it has already popped up the info...Also a bit tedious to have to click on or pause over an object just to know if it has "info added"

Scenario: Have been away from the map for over a month which has 50 objects. Would be wonderful if I could open up the file and see instantly and visually which objects I have annotated with each object having a visible button and which objects I have left a message on - "info added" popup with small markers...

Correction: the marker that does appear when an object is clicked on is related to selection and not to "info added.
