Show a visual retroaction when you add a note to an object

The "add note" feature(I have the french version, not sure if it's called the same in English) should trigger the object(concept, link, phrase-link) focused to show a little icon at his bottom left or right. This way, other viewers will know that if they keep their mouse cursor for a short time over an object, they will see additional informations.
