Cmap Web Service - Image not generated

Hello!!

First of all let me thank you for your amazing tool, i think is one of the best free Knowledge modeling tools around. And its very easy to use!!

I have small problem using your Cmap Web Service. Currently im developing a small aplication (PHP) that gets all maps from a CmapServer and the User can rename the name of one or two concepts and save it back to the CmapServer. So far so good.
I can get the Cmap, edit it and save it to CmapServer again. The problem is, everytime i save a map back to CmapServer the image is not generated, and i cant understand why!! :S

The steps i take are:
1. Get Cmap X from CmapServer.
2. Make small changes in my application.
3. Save Cmap to CmapServer.
4. Try to access the image link in the CmapServer, but this message appears:
"HTTP Status 404 - The htmljpeg portion
type: Status report
message: The htmljpeg portion
description: The requested resource (The htmljpeg portion) is not available."

The link of the image is something like: http://myCmapServer/servlet/SBReadResou ... e=htmljpeg

The funny thing is, if access the map by CmapTools and save it again the image is generated again!! But the image shouldnt be automatically generated when i save a map using the "saveCmap" function of the Cmap Web Service??

Hi Carlos,

The image is currently generated by the client, not the CmapServer. We'll be releasing a new version of the CmapServer soon that will generate the image if the client has not done so. Let me check if we can have it running on a public CmapServer for you to test, it will help us determine whether the new code works.
