Trouble Downloading CMAPTool 5.04v for Windows
I am running Windows XP SP3 with two gigs of ram and when I try downloading CMAPTool 5.04v For Windows the file size is 1.75MB where the download page says the file is 59.8MB. When I try running the exe I get this error "Please select another location to extract the installer to:" When I click "choose..." and choose a new location I get the same error again.

The download file is incomplete. Try downloading it again or from ftp://ftp.ihmc.us.
