When I click on the 'CmapTools - Check for Updates' it states that I have the latest version, 5.04. I know there is another update out there. Could you update whatever information the updater application looks at?

The "Check for Updates" for v5.04.01 is not ready. You'll need to download it from http://cmap.ihmc.us/download if you want to install the new version.
