Hello!
First, thank you for your awesome work. I've been using cmaptools since I heard about it during my university time (7 yrs ago).

My current issue is, that I save my concept map, which has several nodes and edges with 2 line (multi-line) names. It looks fine when creating it, but after re-opening the concept map (save, close, open) and displaying/opening it on the web-viewer and web-editor the newlines are removed and there is also no whitespace. aren't line breaks stored? how can I create two-/multi- line text for node names and edges?

Yes, a node (concept or linking phrase) can include line breaks. Can you send us an example? You can send us a link using the Cmap Viewer (in the Cloud) or email it to us at cmapsupport@ihmc.us.

Please be specific on which tools you are using and when the line breaks don't show (e.g. works ok with the desktop version but the line breaks don't show in the Cmap Cloud version) as from your email its hard to tell what steps you are following.
