cannot save cmaps anymore in the cloud

Hello,
Since yesterday I for some reason cannot save any cmap in the cloud anymore. This happens with both my desktop and laptop pc's.
The version of Cmaps I use is 6.03 on windows 10 with 12GB RAM.
What can I do to solve this problem?
