Missing function Create Nested Node inside Nested Node

Dear CmapTools team,
I found that the from version 6.0.2 upward the funtion create nested node from 2 node which one or two of them inside a nested node is missing. The menu is dimmed (see attached screen).
Therefore, user can not create Nested node inside Nested node and can not have multi levels expanding Node.
Menu in version 6.0.2 upward (noted that two nodes inside Nested node had been selected) Menu in version 6.0.1 Please work out why. I think there is only small mistake in development process.
