Error while trying to open a file

I was working on a map, but my pc turned off suddenly (the map was already saved)
However, when I tried to open it again, I recieved an error message:
"Could not construct an object input stream: invalid stream header: 00000000"
also, there was another problem where it couldn't identify the directory to open my files, but I moved to another directory and the problem was fixed and I could open my files again (except the file I was working on)
