Try running CmapTools in compatibility mode. Right-click the CmapTools shortcut, go to "Properties," navigate to the "Compatibility" tab, and check the box for "Run this program in compatibility mode for." Choose an earlier Windows version and see if the issue persists.

Does your computer meet the system requirements for CMap? Sometimes a crash can be caused by system incompatibility or insufficient resources. Or maybe the correct options were selected during the export process and there were no settings that caused the crash.
