How to rescale Cmap application interface on Ubuntu?

I learn about Concept Map and use Cmaptools, but the function bars on the application are too small on my screen with 1920x1080 resolution.
I tried searching for settings but couldn't find it, tried adding "-Dsun.java2d.uiScale=2.0" on Terminal but it didn't work. [1]
Can someone suggest me what to do?
I use Cmaptools 6.04 on Ubuntu 18.04.
