4.12 server, 5.03 client and managing folder permissions

This might be a known issue(?); adding a "New user" using client (5.03) to a 4.12-server folder seems to create an "Everyone" -account.
Comments?

I haven't been able to reproduce it. Anyway, the 4.12 server should be upgraded

The problem reappered just now;
I can't "see" the user I've added to a folder using 5.03 client on Helsinki University's 5.03.01. server.
When I try add the same user again, cmaptools tells it can't be done, since the id already exists.

I've not been using beta since official 5.03 release. There is a new one...? I've missed a memo or two perhaps
