MindMaps analyzed with Gephi for instance

I'm total newbie with CmapTool. However I've been using some mind mapping techniques and software earlier.

What crossed my mind is that once very complex mind map has been constructed it would be very interesting to analyze and further refine the meaning of constructed concept map with Gephi etc.?

Could it be possible to think writing import-export logins between for example Gephi and CmapTool wether in Gephi or in CmapTools or both? I am not a code-wizard, I am not capable.

I'm not familiar with Gephi, but CmapTools can export the Cmap into a variety of formats, one of which may be importable in Gephi already.

Well, I tried to export stuff from Cmap and tried to import it in Gephi (http://gephi.org/) but no success so far.
